Why this blog?

As Globe 5.80’s start to build around the world, each owner/builder must create a comprehensive builder blog with photos and statistics, that is open to the public. Keep an eye on this page for updates as I navigate my way through the construction of my first yacht which I intend to race offshore once complete. All things going well I will have my eyes set on competing in the 2024 Class Globe 5.80 race so watch this space to follow the journey and see where things take me.
